Harnessing the purity of natural gypsum, our production machinery can generate an impressive annual output ranging from 10,000 tons to a staggering 800,000 tons of superior finished gypsum powder.

1. Brief Introduction of the Production Process:
First, our crusher meticulously reduces large gypsum ore into small particles under 25mm. These particles are then meticulously stored and fed into the mill via a vibration-controlled mechanism. The finely ground gypsum powder is transferred into a boiling furnace for precise calcination. Finally, the calcined, high-quality gypsum powder is stored in a clinker storage, ready for utilization.
2. System Structure:
This sophisticated production line is thoughtfully divided into four integral sections to meet specific process requirements: the crushing section, grinding section, boiling furnace calcination section, and finished powder storage, packaging, and transportation section.

Product Description

Crushing System: The raw gypsum stone undergoes ameticulous crushing process, reducing particle size tounder 30mm.

Powder Grinding & Choosing System: A vibration feedelprecisely directs the gypsum stone into the mill systemreducing particle size to under 30mm. Post grinding, thegypsum particles are refined to less than 0.02mm andefficiently transported via a bucket elevator to the intermediate silo.

Calcining System: Utilizing a vertical boiling furnace or rotary kiln, our fully fluidized production process ensures unparalleled stability and superior product quality.

Finished Product Powder Storage System: Post-calcination, the high-quality gypsum powder is conveyed and elevated to storage silos. Customers can select packing machines based on local conditions.
