1. Brief Introduction of the Production Process:
First, our crusher meticulously reduces large gypsum ore into small particles under 25mm. These particles are then meticulously stored and fed into the mill via a vibration-controlled mechanism. The finely ground gypsum powder is transferred into a boiling furnace for precise calcination. Finally, the calcined, high-quality gypsum powder is stored in a clinker storage, ready for utilization.
2. System Structure:
This sophisticated production line is thoughtfully divided into four integral sections to meet specific process requirements: the crushing section, grinding section, boiling furnace calcination section, and finished powder storage, packaging, and transportation section.
