Harnessing the power of natural gypsum, our production line can yield an impressive annual output ranging from 10,000 tons to 800,000 tons of premium gypsum powder.
1. Brief Introduction of Production Process:
The process begins with our high-efficiency crusher, which reduces large gypsum ore into particles smaller than 25mm. These particles are then stored and regulated by a vibration machine before entering the mill for fine grinding. The resulting gypsum powder, meeting strict quality standards, is subsequently fed into a boiling furnace for calcination. The perfectly calcined gypsum powder is then stored as clinker, ready for further utilization.
2. System Structure:
In line with the stringent process requirements, our production line is meticulously divided into four integral sections: the crushing unit, the grinding unit, the boiling furnace for calcination, and the finished powder storage, packaging, and transportation unit.
System Structure Features:
A. Leveraging advanced technology, our process is both mature and stable, making it a preferred choice for gypsum board production lines worldwide.
B. The equipment we've selected is not only reliable but also boasts strong expansion and overproduction capabilities. With low maintenance needs, it is designed for easy upkeep.
C. Featuring excellent sealing and efficient dust removal, our system ensures a pollution-free environment.
D. Our fully integrated automatic control system significantly reduces on-site staffing needs and minimizes labor intensity.
3. Electrical Control System:
Our electrical control system employs the latest DCS (Distributed Control System) technology, centralizing control over dispersed equipment for optimal efficiency.
Main Production Process:
1,
Crushing System: The raw gypsum stone, after passing through the crushing system, is broken down to particles smaller than 30mm.
2,
Powder Grinding & Choosing System: Utilizing a vibration supply mechanism, gypsum particles (less than 30mm) are fed into the mill system. Post-grinding, these particles are reduced to sizes smaller than 0.02mm and then elevated into the middle silo via a bucket elevator.
3,
Calcining System: Employing either a vertical boiling furnace or a rotary kiln, our calcining process is fully fluidized, ensuring consistent product quality.
4,
Finished Product Powder Storage System: Post-calcination, gypsum powder is conveyed and elevated into storage silos. Customers can then choose a packing machine tailored to their local requirements.
