1. Production description
The gypsum board production line uses calcined gypsum powder, water, and various additives, which are automatically measured separately and transported to the mixer through a continuous automatic conveying system. After fully mixing into a slurry, lay it on the gypsum board to protect the paper, and the protective paper keeps moving forward. During the processing, the slurry gradually disperses during vibration and is bonded to the back protective paper. When passing through the extrusion molding machine, the slurry is completely wrapped by upper and lower paper, pressed into a well adjusted flat plate, and the flat plate is continuously pushed forward at a stable and strictly controlled speed. A few minutes later, the calcined gypsum in the slurry hydrates again and crystallizes into tiny interpenetrating dihydrate gypsum crystals with higher strength. Then, the wet gypsum board with a certain strength and regular shape is accurately cut into single gypsum boards with fixed dimensions through an automatically controlled cutting system. Each board is arranged in an orderly manner, flipped and brought into the dyeing machine through a program control system. In the dryer, the moisture absorbed in the board is evaporated. Follow a strict drying system (no loss of crystal water in gypsum crystals). After being removed from the dryer, the board gradually cools down during operation. After flipping the front of every two boards, they are folded again, and the two ends are cut into regular sized and aesthetically pleasing boards by an end saw machine. Finally, the boards are transported to the automatic stacker crane, stacked into orderly finished products, and then stored in the warehouse.

1. Paper supply system

3. Water supply system
The water supply system adopts a hot water switch, which not only improves the strength and quality of the product, but also saves energy. The use of professional precision pumping water provides great convenience.
4. foam system
The system adopts a unique barostat supply. The special pump is foam, and bubbles are put into the liquid to form a uniform paste, which provides great convenience for operation, so the weight of the product is easier to adjust.

5. Forming system
Introducing foreign technology, using a dedicated stainless steel strong edge pneumatic vertical mixer combined with a dedicated stainless steel sheet forming machine, greatly enhances the wear resistance of the system and prolongs its service life. Replaced the original forming machine roller pressing and improved the smoothness of the f-plate.

6. Conveyor system
In addition to the conventional conveying system, the further addition of waste board cleaning machines not only reduces labor intensity, but also provides hygiene and cleaning for the factory.
7. Transmission system
It is the most advanced non powered fast feed into the body panel, reducing energy consumption, and the overall assembly of various components has been improved, making machine operation more reliable.
8. Drying system
The drying system is the core component of the production line, which directly affects the output and energy consumption of the production line. The system adopts a unique heat sink structure, which can be temperature controlled layer by layer and section by section. Combined with a novel and unique air system, the temperature and humidity levels of the system can be adjusted, which reduces energy consumption and makes the operation of the system easier to control. It is the key to reducing testing costs.
9. Heating system
This system uses a heat transfer fluid heater (hot oil heater), which is a low-pressure and high-temperature heating device. It is the preferred equipment for heating gypsum board production using petroleum, coal, and natural gas as fuels and petroleum as carriers. In addition, using flue gas heat exchangers can reduce energy consumption and lower costs.
10. Length system
This system has a unique flipping machine and palletizing device, becoming the latest length system, thus ending the history of manual cutting of plates and reducing labor costs.
11. Dust control system
Adopting an electronic pulse bag dust removal system to improve dust removal efficiency, and adding dust removal screws to make dust cleaning more convenient.
12. 12. Control system
It consists of six parts, controlled by computer programs and using converters, solid-state relays, photoelectric sensors, non-contact devices, ensuring safe and reliable machine operation. Realize long-term operation of fully automated gypsum board production line.
