Product Description

Chemical gypsum refers to industrial products formed during the industrial production process, such as desulfurization gypsum, phosphogypsum, fluorogypsum, lemon gypsum, etc. The characteristics of the raw materials are that the surface water is greater than 20% and the composition is relatively unstable.
Introduction to the production process of β - type building gypsum powder
The two-step calcination production process of pre drying raw materials and boiling furnace combustion is adopted, and the raw materials are transported from the yard to the hopper by a loader. Through disperser and belt conveyor. Uniformly sent to the rotary dryer (where the heat source is a coal-fired hot air furnace), the discharged material is transported by the powder collector conveying equipment to the vertical boiling furnace for calcination (where the heat source is a thermal oil furnace). After calcination, it is sent to the ball mill for grinding modification and cooling, and then lifted and transported to the finished product warehouse and packaging warehouse.
