Harnessing pure natural gypsum as raw materials, our state-of-the-art equipment can deliver an impressive annual output ranging from 10,000 to 800,000 tons of premium gypsum powder.
1. Brief Introduction of Production Process:
The production journey begins with the crusher breaking down large gypsum ore into small, manageable particles under 25mm. These particles are then carefully fed into the mill for precision grinding. The finely ground gypsum powder is transported to the boiling furnace for meticulous calcination. Post-calcination, the qualified gypsum powder is stored as clinker, ready for versatile applications.
2. System Structure:
Our meticulously designed production line comprises four essential segments: the crushing section, the grinding section, the boiling furnace calcination section, and the storage, packaging, and transportation section for the finished powder.
System Structure Features:
A. Leveraging advanced technology, our process is mature, stable, and widely adopted in gypsum board production lines globally.
B. Our selected equipment boasts unparalleled reliability, strong scalability, and impressive overproduction capabilities, combined with low maintenance and easy upkeep.
C. Featuring excellent sealing and highly efficient dust removal, our system ensures a dust-free and clean working environment.
D. The fully integrated automatic control system significantly reduces on-site staffing needs and labor intensity.
3. Electrical Control System:
Our electrical control system is equipped with the latest DCS (Distributed Control System) technology, ensuring centralized control over all dispersed equipment.
Main Production Process:
1,
Crushing System: The raw gypsum stone undergoes a crushing process, reducing particle size to less than 30mm.
2,
Powder Grinding & Choosing System: Vibration supplies material, feeding gypsum stone into the mill system (particles less than 30mm). Post-grinding, particles become finer than 0.02mm, then elevated into the middle silo.
3,
Calcining System: Utilizing a vertical boiling furnace or rotary kiln, the production process achieves complete fluidization, ensuring stable product quality.
4,
Finished Product Powder Storage System: Post-calcination, the gypsum powder is conveyed and lifted into a silo for storage, with packaging solutions tailored to local requirements.
