Harnessing the potential of natural gypsum as raw material, our production line is capable of generating an impressive annual output ranging from 10,000 tons to a staggering 800,000 tons of premium-quality finished gypsum powder.
1. Brief Introduction of Production Process:
Beginning with a robust crusher, large gypsum ore is meticulously broken down into smaller particles, less than 25mm. These are then stored and precisely fed into the mill via a vibration machine. The grinding process yields gypsum powder, which then proceeds to the boiling furnace for calcination. The resulting high-quality calcined gypsum powder is subsequently transferred into clinker storage, ready for use.
2. System Structure:
Designed to meet stringent process requirements, our production line is systematically divided into four integral parts: Crushing, Grinding, Boiling Furnace Calcination, and Finished Powder Storage, Packaging, and Transportation.
System Structure Features:
A. Utilizing advanced technology, our process is mature and stable, making it a preferred choice for gypsum board production lines globally.
B. Our equipment is meticulously selected for reliability, offering robust expansion and overproduction capabilities, coupled with low maintenance and ease of servicing.
C. Exceptional sealing and efficient dust removal ensure an environment free of dust pollution.
D. A fully integrated automatic control system minimizes on-site staff requirements and significantly reduces labor intensity.
3. Electrical Control System:
Our electrical control system features the state-of-the-art DCS (Distributed Control System), offering centralized control over equipment spread across various locations.
Main Production Process:
1,
Crushing System: The raw gypsum stone is processed through the crushing system, where it is reduced to particles less than 30mm.
2,
Powder Grinding & Choosing System: A vibration supply unit transports the gypsum stone (particles <30mm) into the mill system. Post grinding, the gypsum particles are refined to less than 0.02mm and conveyed to a middle silo via a bucket elevator.
3,
Calcining System: Employing a vertical boiling furnace or rotary kiln, the production process is fully fluidized, ensuring stable product quality.
4,
Finished Product Powder Storage System: Post-calcination, the gypsum powder is conveyed and lifted to a silo for storage. Customers can choose packing machines tailored to their local requirements.
