Harnessing the power of natural gypsum, our state-of-the-art production capabilities span an impressive range, yielding from 10,000 tons to a staggering 800,000 tons of superior finished gypsum powder annually.
1. Brief Introduction of Production Process:
Our comprehensive process begins with the crusher, which meticulously reduces large gypsum ore into fine particles of less than 25mm. Utilizing storage and precision vibration machinery, we expertly control the feed rate into the mill for grinding. The resulting high-quality gypsum powder is then directed into the boiling furnace for calcination. After calcination, the refined gypsum powder is transferred into clinker storage, ready for further use.
2. System Structure:
Designed to meet rigorous process standards, this production line is strategically segmented into four key parts: the crushing section, the grinding section, the boiling furnace calcination section, and the final section for powder storage, packaging, and transportation.
System Structure Features:
A. Our cutting-edge technology ensures a mature and stable process, making it a preferred choice for gypsum board production lines internationally.
B. The chosen equipment boasts exceptional reliability with high scalability and robust overproduction capabilities; it is also user-friendly with low maintenance requirements.
C. The system's superior sealing and efficient dust removal mechanisms ensure an environment free of dust pollution.
D. An entirely integrated automatic control system minimizes the need for on-site staff and significantly reduces labor intensity.
3. Electrical Control System:
Utilizing the latest DCS (Distributed Control System), our electrical control system provides centralized oversight and seamless operation of all equipment distributed across the production line.
Main Production Process:
1,
Crushing System: Starting with the raw gypsum stone, our advanced crushing system reduces particles to sizes less than 30mm.
2,
Powder Grinding & Choosing System: Employing a vibration supply system, gypsum stones (≤30mm) are efficiently fed into the mill system. Post-grinding, particles are reduced to an ultra-fine 0.02mm, then transported via bucket elevator to the intermediate silo.
3,
Calcining System: Utilizing either a vertical boiling furnace or a rotary kiln, our production process achieves complete fluidization, resulting in consistently high-quality products.
4,
Finished Product Powder Storage System: Following calcination, the gypsum powder is meticulously conveyed and elevated to storage silos. Packaging options are customizable based on local conditions.
