Harnessing the potency of natural gypsum, our state-of-the-art equipment can efficiently produce between 10,000 to 800,000 tons of top-quality finished gypsum powder annually.
1. Brief Introduction of Production Process:
Our robust crusher reduces large gypsum ore chunks into smaller particles (less than 25mm). These particles are then stored and fed into the mill via a vibration machine, ensuring precise feed amounts. The mill grinds these particles into fine gypsum powder, which is subsequently calcined in a boiling furnace. The final, high-quality calcined gypsum powder is stored as clinker, ready for further use.
2. System Structure:
This advanced production line is meticulously divided into four integral segments: the crushing section, grinding section, boiling furnace calcination section, and the storage, packaging, and transportation section for the finished powder.
System Structure Features:
A. Our system boasts advanced technology and a mature, stable process, making it a benchmark in gypsum board production lines globally.
B. The selected equipment is both reliable and robust, offering exceptional expansion and overproduction capabilities with minimal maintenance requirements.
C. The system's excellent sealing and efficient dust removal mechanisms ensure a dust-free, pollution-free production environment.
D. The fully integrated automatic control system not only reduces the number of on-site staff required but also minimizes labor intensity.
3. Electrical Control System:
Our cutting-edge electrical control system employs the latest DCS (Distributed Control System) technology, centralizing the control of all dispersed equipment for maximum efficiency.
Main Production Process:
1,
Crushing System: The raw gypsum stone undergoes crushing, reducing its particle size to less than 30mm.
2,
Powder Grinding & Choosing System: Vibratory feeders transport gypsum stone to the mill, where it's ground into fine particles (less than 0.02mm). These particles are then elevated to a central silo via a bucket elevator.
3,
Calcining System: Utilizing either a vertical boiling furnace or rotary kiln, the calcination process is fully fluidized, ensuring consistent product quality.
4,
Finished Product Powder Storage System: After calcination, the gypsum powder is conveyed and lifted to a storage silo. Customers can then select packing machines based on their local requirements.
