6. Main processes:
The core material utilized in producing this premium gypsum board is primarily gypsum powder (calcined gypsum), with a CaSO content of 4:1/2H2O exceeding 75%, ensuring exceptional product integrity and reliability.
Within our state-of-the-art gypsum board production line, the journey begins with calcined gypsum, water, and an array of specialized additives. These components are meticulously measured and seamlessly integrated by our cutting-edge automatic conveying system. The mixture transitions into a uniform pulp within the mixer. This pulp is strategically cast onto the protective surface of the moving gypsum board paper. As the process unfolds, the mixture naturally disperses, achieving even distribution under precise vibration. At the forming station, it unites with the gypsum board backing paper through our precision forming machine. The pulp is enveloped by the upper and lower cardboard layers, forming a perfectly aligned flat plate that advances at a carefully regulated speed. After five minutes, the calcined gypsum rehydrates, crystallizing into robust gypsum dihydrate crystals. The resulting wet gypsum board, with strength and precision of shape, is cut into uniform boards using an automated cutting system. These boards are arranged and flipped, entering the dyeing machine where moisture evaporates within a strictly controlled dry environment, preserving crystal water integrity. Upon exiting the dryer, the board cools naturally, undergoing further refinement. Each board pair is flipped and folded, with end saws precisely cutting for a polished look. Finally, the ends are wrapped in marked paper strips and sent to an automatic palletizer, ready for orderly stacking and storage in our warehouse.
