Harnessing the power of natural gypsum as raw materials, our production line scales an impressive annual output of 10,000 to 800,000 tons of premium finished gypsum powder.
1. Brief Introduction of Production Process:
The crusher efficiently transforms large gypsum ore into small particles (<25mm). These are then stored and directed by a vibration machine into the mill for grinding. Once ground, the qualified gypsum powder is funneled into the boiling furnace for precise calcination. Post-calcination, the high-quality gypsum powder is stored as clinker, ready for utilization.
2. System Structure:
This sophisticated production line is meticulously divided into four key components: the crushing unit, the grinding unit, the boiling furnace calcination unit, and the finished powder storage, packaging, and transportation unit.
System Structure Features:
A. Incorporates advanced technology with a mature, stable process, widely adopted in both domestic and international gypsum board production lines.
B. Reliable quality of selected equipment, featuring strong expansion and overproduction capabilities; minimal maintenance requirements, and easy upkeep.
C. Excellent sealing and efficient dust removal ensure zero dust pollution.
D. Fully integrated automatic control system minimizes on-site staff requirements and reduces labor intensity.
3. Electrical Control System:
Utilizing the state-of-the-art DCS (Distributed Control System), our electrical control system ensures centralized management of dispersed equipment.
Main Production Process:
1,
Crushing System: The raw gypsum stone undergoes crushing, reducing its particle size to less than 30mm.
2,
Powder Grinding & Choosing System: Vibratory feeders transport the crushed gypsum stone (<30mm) to the mill system. Post-grinding, the gypsum particles (<0.02mm) are elevated into a middle silo.
3,
Calcining System: Utilizing a vertical boiling furnace or rotary kiln, the process ensures fully fluidized production and stable product quality.
4,
Finished Product Powder Storage System: After calcination, the gypsum powder is conveyed and lifted into a silo. Customers can choose packing machines based on local requirements.
