Harnessing the power of natural gypsum, our machinery is designed to produce between 10,000 to 800,000 tons of premium gypsum powder annually, ensuring top quality and efficiency.
1. Brief Introduction of Production Process:
Our state-of-the-art crusher reduces large gypsum ore into particles smaller than 25mm. These particles are stored and fed into the mill via a vibration machine. The finely ground gypsum powder then undergoes calcination in a boiling furnace. The final, calcined gypsum powder is sent to the clinker storage for further use.
2. System Structure:
This cutting-edge production line is segmented into four main parts: the crushing section, the grinding section, the boiling furnace calcination section, and the finished powder storage, packaging, and transportation section.
System Structure Features:
A. Employing advanced technology and a mature, stable process, our system is widely adopted in gypsum board production lines globally.
B. Our selected equipment boasts unmatched reliability, extensive expansion capabilities, and overproduction capacity. Plus, it requires minimal maintenance, simplifying upkeep.
C. Excellent sealing and superior dust removal ensure an environment free from dust pollution.
D. The fully integrated automatic control system minimizes the need for on-site staff and reduces labor intensity, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
3. Electrical Control System:
Our electrical control system utilizes the latest DCS (Distributed Control System) technology to centrally manage equipment dispersed throughout the facility, ensuring seamless operation.
Main Production Process:
1,
Crushing System: The raw gypsum stone is processed through the crushing system, reducing its size to less than 30mm.
2,
Powder Grinding & Choosing System: The gypsum particles, now less than 30mm, are fed into the mill system via a vibrating feeder. Post grinding, the gypsum particles are reduced to less than 0.02mm and then transported to the middle silo via a bucket elevator.
3,
Calcining System: Utilizing a vertical boiling furnace or rotary kiln, our calcining process ensures complete fluidization and stable product quality.
4,
Finished Product Powder Storage System: After calcining, the gypsum powder is transferred to the storage silo via conveying and lifting systems. Customers can then choose a packing machine based on their specific local requirements.
